Special Event Permit Application

Whether you're planning a bike race, festival, or just a neighborhood block party, the City of Fruita is here to help you make your event possible.

Please review the Special Event Guide and Special Event Checklist for all deadlines, rules and regulations, and deposits and fees before submitting an application. By completing the Notice of Intent form below, you can begin the process of receiving your Special Events Permit.  

Applications may be submitted up to 364 days in advance of the proposed event start date and must include all requirements defined in the Special Events Guide.
