Last week, Great Outdoors Colorado announced that Fruita was successful in receiving a $2 million grant to fund construction of the Kokopelli section of the Colorado Riverfront Trail.  The Kokopelli section will extend the trail from the Fruita visitors center west of Fruita 4.5 miles to the community of Loma and to the Kokopelli Trails area in the McInnis Canyons National Conservation Area.

The City of Fruita is requesting proposals for stand up paddle board lessons and yoga classes at the City of Fruita's Snooks Bottom Open Space.  For more information, download the .pdf file below.
